A previous Hays employee from their time at Services Australia, this candidate always received excellent feedback. Following their contract with SA, they stepped into the Department of Social Services as an APS5 Case Coordinator for the National Redress Scheme. In this position, they were the first point of contact for clients and were required to deal with highly volatile situations and content of a very sensitive nature. This candidate was with the DSS for around 18 months, 6 months longer than the average employee, and needed to take a step back from the intensity of that line of work. Most recently, they are engaged in the private sector as a Customer Service Officer but is now ready to move back into Federal Government.
