Introducing a highly experienced temporary Project Management specialist, seeking 4-6 month assignments in Melbourne. With over 20 years of extensive experience across various sectors including construction, IT, finance, and professional audio technology AV, this client-side Project Manager has honed their skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical proficiency.
KEY PROJECTS
- Directed the development of multiple $100M+ over-50’s retirement/downsizing projects, encompassing civil works, residential construction, landscaping, and commercial facility D&B.
- Directed a $10M construction and fit-out project, including office, reception, café, a 1200-seat auditorium, advanced AV systems, and a TV control room with live-streaming capabilities.
- Identified a warehouse and managed the change of use and a $250K renovation and fit-out.
- Oversaw a 12-hectare land subdivision and development proposal, liaising with town planners and local council to achieve business goals.
- Spearheaded the acquisition and minor works for Festival Hall, Melbourne, coordinating with over 20 consultants and engineers for future major works planning.
- Oversaw the End of Defect Liability Period with a commercial builder on a $7M build, leading to various rectification and improvement works.
- Collaborated with architects and engineering teams for the $9M clubhouse facility and precinct design, inclusive of swimming pool and sporting facilities.
