Architects and leadership professionals can command the highest salaries. Cloud Architects, Infrastructure Architects and Solution Architects can earn up to $200,000 in Sydney and Melbourne.
 
A CIO or CTO in Sydney could be looking at a salary of between $255,000-$357,000, a CISO could earn between $225,000-$360,000 and a Head of Digital between $184,000 - $281,000.
