Your new role
As an Advisor in Client Services for NABtrade, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and answering questions in relation to shares trading and NABtrade online platform.
Taking inbound calls (average 40 inbound per day) and some outbound calls for trading clients, stockbrokers, individual clients, private wealth, retail or businesses.
Content of calls includes effective resolution of customer’s NABtrade account queries, technical website queries and market related queries; including product and service-related enquiries across NABtrade products, NABtrade website navigation, password reset, placing trade orders on client’s accounts. Please note there are NO financial advise involved.
Provide information to the processing team from the client and to the client to action forms, transfers, requests etc.
First time resolution of complaints and escalation of unresolved issues to a Team Leader.
Providing clients with quality calls according to NAB trade’s call quality framework.
This is a 6-month temporary assignment at Level 10, 2 Carrington Street, Sydney with a high possibility of extension or permanency. The pay rate is $35.86 per hour plus super. With work of 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6 PM.
This role is starting on the 9th of June.
