Your New Company:

Our client is a Civil Construction Contractor, focused on the provision of a diverse range of road construction and maintenance services. Also specialising in all asphalt processes.

Together, we are seeking an experienced candidate in the civil construction space, with an exemplary track record in truck driving and similar operator roles. Being well adept with asphalt processes and the ability to operate relevant trucks/vehicles and machinery would be highly advantageous also.

Your New Role:

As an HC driver, you will be tasked with operation of relevant vehicles and heavy plant - working to provide full-service civil road construction. This role is much more than truck driving alone, and will involve physical aspects as well as basic labouring as a multi-skilled member of the team.

You can expect:

• Local work around Newcastle / Hunter primarily, as well as opportunities for work away from home
• Physical labour / lifting and shifting of resources

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• HC licence

• Road ranger gear box experience
• Experience operating heavy plant (Excavator, roller etc)
• Experience with In-Situ Stabilisation and Asphalt Paving (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience in the civil construction industry (Preferred but not essential)
• Be physically fit and capable, to lift 20kgs repetitively
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Be a Hard-working and Focused Individual.
