In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team, focusing on the delivery of projects in the electrical space. As a customer-facing professional, you’ll engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and oversee the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff, ensuring work aligns with business priorities
  Provide discipline, offering leadership and guidance to bids, projects, in-service capabilities and engineering plans.
  Hold Level 2 Engineering Authority in the field of Electrical Engineering, undertake engineering reviews and approvals
  Engage with various internal and external stakeholders and estimate project costs, schedules, and resources during competitive Tender/Bid.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering &/or Masters qualification. Chartered Professional Engineer (EA) preferred.
• A wealth of experience in Electrical Engineering with expertise in Naval or Maritime Platforms.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated capacity for continuous improvement and strategic vision.
• Ability to empower and unite teams around clear objectives, acting as a coach and servant leader.
