Exciting full time permanent Strata Portfolio Manager role

Hays are proud to be partnering with a company that has been in business for over 20 years and they pride themselves on providing excellent customer service. This well-established company are looking for an experienced Strata Portfolio Manager to manage an existing portfolio on a full-time permanent basis.

Your new role

You’ll work in a busy property department and oversee the end-to-end management of an existing strata portfolio. Your responsibilities will include;
  • Liaising regularly with clients and tenants
  • Communicating with contractors in order to organise maintenance work as required.
  • Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Data entry and database management
  • Contract negotiation and renewal
  • Processing insurance claims and renewal

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll have experience in a similar role, hold a current Property Management, or have the ability to obtain and driver’s licence. You’ll also;
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service and be effective in establishing relationships
  • Highly organised, accurate and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Accurate data entry and work processing skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiating skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
