Your new role

• Be part of the supervision team delivering switchroom replacement projects at Peak Downs Mine
• Be involved in the projects from constructability review through to commissioning.
• Support Project Managers to achieve cost, schedule and quality targets
• Lead contractor teams for safety and quality outcomes
• Engage with project stakeholders to ensure alignment to business objectives

What you'll need to succeed

• BMA Core Induction / SS11 and S123/G2
• Electrician qualified or Electrical engineering degree
• Brownfield project experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience as an electrical supervisor.
• Experience on a coal mine site with Motor Control Centre knowledge
• Plant commissioning experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suit and Navisworks user.
• A high commitment to safety, quality, attention to detail and procedures
• Ability to problem solve effectively, work under pressure, and think strategically.
