Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate Advisory)

Your new role

Working amongst a large in-house team of supportive and high performing lawyers, you will work across a broad range of commercial matters while managing governance, corporate advisory, partnership, procurement, intellectual property and data management matters.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Admitted as a Lawyer in Australia
  • Ideally, 6 – 10 years’ PAE with experience in providing corporate advice across a broad range of commercial matters.
  • Experience gained in a mid-tier/top-tier law firm and/or similar large corporation
  • Experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting senior management (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a large complex business
