Your new role

The Design Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all technical aspects of a mega-scale Pumped Hydro project and future projects within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Hydro Energy projects, Dams, or Tunnel projects in the hundreds of millions in size. Based out of their beautiful Brisbane office, you will work closely with the APAC Engineering, Development, and delivery teams. This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership position on one of the country's largest renewable energy projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years experience leading the engineering aspects of large hydro, dams or tunnelling projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)

• Project development experience

• Proven track record in design and design management.

• Experience working as an owner’s engineer environment

• Demonstrated success in project delivery

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
