An opportunity is available for a HCM Functional Lead (ideally, SuccessFactors) to join a reputable Education Client on an initial 12 month contract.

Your new role

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Program is a multi-year technology-enabled transformation program looking to streamline and transform key people management services across the department.


Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, the Functional Lead is responsible for leading the functional SAP SuccessFactors HCM solution design, working closely with business stakeholders and service owners, implementation partner(s) and the other streams of the program to drive the successful implementation of the end-to-end solution, aligned to the service design, transformation and enhanced user experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Lead role working in large transformation programs.
• Excellent consulting skills e.g. leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders, liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives
• Strong HR functional skills (particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Payroll)
• Demonstrated experience delivering successful program/projects preferably in NSW Government
