Located in Plenty Valley/South Morang, you will be a confident and experienced sales consultant who is motivated to support your local community. This is a permanent position with an ASAP start.

Your new role

You will play an integral role as the first point of contact for enquiries about aged care home support and enquiries and provide an excellent customer experience. This position has a wide range of duties you will be responsible for, and no two days will be the same. This role supports occupancy by building and maintaining referrer relationships, managing the end-to-end admissions process including enquiry follow-up, conducting tours and providing fees and admission support to prospective residents and their decision makers. As a confident sales consultant, you will showcase facilities in a supportive manner to families via phone or face to face, following the companies' core values and mission all the while managing occupancy levels at it's finest.


What you'll need to succeed

Coming from a strong sales background, ideally in the healthcare or aged care sector, you will be confident in managing inbound and outbound calls, face to face tours, and the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation. Working closely with stakeholders and the Residential Aged Care Manager to be the provider of choice for aged care homes. You will be in charge of a cluster of aged care homes and responsible for capacity requirements and showcasing the facilities that meet the needs of the customer.

Seeking 3–5 years experience in a sales environment - preferably healthcare or aged care sectors
Strong relationship building skills
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
MUST have up-to-date flu vaccinations and be 3 x covid vaccinated as per Aged Care requirements.
Understanding of the aged care funding and admissions processes is highly regarded
