Your new role

You will join the heart of the business, in their buzzing Homebush-based contact centre. Some key responsibilities will include:
  • Being a first point of contact for members, across inbound; outbound; live-chat; email; and social media communications.
  • Troubleshoot, educate and resolve all queries for members in a positive and knowledgeable manner.
  • Work towards contact centre KPI's to ensure achievement of organisational and individual goals.
  • Comply will all associated risk and regulatory policies to ensure the safety of the customers and the bank.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience.
  • Full working rights and the ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week out of Homebush.
  • Outstanding communication with a ‘member first’ approach.
  • Studying finance, business, economics, or an associated degree is preferred.
