• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and finishing specific to bank refurbishment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and molding, ensuring they meet security and aesthetic standards.
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and bank-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete the project on time and within budget.

• Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably with experience in commercial or bank refurbishments.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Valid driver’s license.
