Your new role

Working as a Claims Advisor, you will:
  • Review various reports to ensure accurate claim assessment within the Personal Injury claims team.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative timeframes and conduct ongoing reviews.
  • Implement strategies to resolve claims efficiently and minimise costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, acting as a vital link between various stakeholders to ensure timely responses and efficient processing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Valuable Expertise: At least 1 year prior involvement in handling Personal Injury claims, supported by a history of achieving successful outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills: Strong verbal communication abilities that facilitate relationship building.
  • A Genuine Understanding: You will be dealing with catastropic injuries so a heartfelt approach to customer interactions, recognising and appreciating their individual circumstances.
  • Dedication and Honesty: A deep commitment to surpassing customer expectations, paired with a high level of integrity in all interactions.
  • Strong Organisational Abilities: Proficient administrative and writing skills that help manage every aspect of claims in accordance with State regulations.
