• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budget in line with contractual requirements
• Monitor project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within budget, addressing any variances
• Communicate regularly with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proper risk management practices throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage and allocate project resources effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure objectives are met
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are completed in line with client and company expectations
• Track project performance, using KPIs to monitor progress against the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Report progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage changes to project scope, contracts, or deliverables, ensuring they are documented and agreed upon by all parties
• Provide project-related support for tenders, customer presentations, and business development activities
• Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Identify opportunities for improving processes, tools, and team efficiency based on project outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

• A tertiary qualification in engineering, or a mechanical trade background is preferable.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in industrial hydraulics and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple scopes simultaneously, navigating challenges along the way.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders
