I am excited to be representing this 100% Australian owned and operated energy efficiency solutions provider based in Richmond. Providing Australians with savings on their electricity bills from the use of air conditioning, hot water and lighting with energy-saving products. Supplying commercial and residential properties as their all-in-one solution. From enquiry, to installation and after sales compliance checks, you are working for a well-rounded company with products you can be proud of. With customers such as Australia Post and South Wharf, as well as supplying products to over 100,000 Australian homes, this company is looking to expand their tele-sales team and bring on 2 new consultants to support the demand!


Your new role

The company has invested a lot into their marketing campaigns and is rapidly growing. To manage the demand, they are seeking confident telesales reps to manage warm leads. You will be making 150-200 outbound calls a day to respond to warm leads, discussing current products they are interested in and upsell depending on their needs. This is an exciting position for a sales professional to earn uncapped commission just by discussing the products offered! There is a KPI of 25 sales a week, where one call could lead to 5+ sales! With a focus on hot water and air conditioning, you will become an expert in the products and be driven to succeed in this role.


What you'll need to succeed

This position is 100% office based, so you can enjoy the buzzing team environment in Richmond. With a warehouse attached to the building, you can see your sales being shipped out right in front of you! We are seeking candidates with a sales mindset who are excited by unlimited earning capacity. Making 150-200 outbound calls a day, you will articulate various products offered and get to understand what the customer is looking for, identifying any upselling opportunities and booking them in for a face to face appointment where a field sales representative will go out to their house to arrange instalment. We are seeking someone who has high attention to detail, clear communication skills and a positive mindset. Ready to start in Richmond as soon as you are!
