Assisting the Defence Force implement and manage robotics, AI programs and drone programs, this Consultancy aims to increase capability, improve safety, and reduce costs for their clients by leveraging advanced technologies. Role purpose

Working as part of the Office of Chief of Navy, on the Navy Minor Project (NMP) 1983, the aim of this position is to develop an Uncrewed Systems Based Maritime Distributed Logistics Capability with the acquisition and test and evaluation of Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs) and Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS).

Experience required

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, or hold 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, preferably within the Defence domain.
  • Qualification in Test & Evaluation, or solid experience in a T&E position.
  • Proven background with the integration of USVs, VTOL Fixed Wing UAS, or similar systems.
  • Hold an in-depth understanding of T&E principles and practices, and experience with systems engineering principles and practices.
