The role
This position focusses on providing training and delivery for the roll-out of the Wagardi system within the organisation. The Wagardi Mission System is a sophisticated computer interface designed to enhance Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. It allows analysts to search across multiple ISR databases, providing more complete and timely information to support military operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a training plan using existing materials, and support regional on-site trainers and intelligence schools.
  • Deliver training services on location for primary users of the Wagardi capability, (system training will be provided).
  • Prepare or customise and deliver learning activities and environments for diverse audiences.
  • Teach and train students/learners using appropriate methods, tools, and materials to develop their knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  • Oversee practical activities, providing advice and assistance to ensure maximum learning benefit.
  • Develop examples and case study materials for predefined courses.
  • Provide on-site end user support to help users develop competence and gain the most benefit from the Wagardi system.

Experience needed
  • NV1 security clearance.
  • Training and Assessment Certification.
  • Background working on complex projects in the Defence sector, developing and implementing training plans.
  • Lean Green Belt Practitioner and Trainer.
  • Experienced upskilling students/ learners to develop knowledge and techniques using methods, tools, online environments, and materials.
  • Experience providing on-site end user support.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
