Your new role

Contract position as a Project Engineer with the delivery team for a site-based remediation project, based in Wagga Wagga. Providing support to ensure and confirm all relevant issues are identified and satisfactorily addressed for the Project. Reporting directly to the PM the Project Engineer provides an independent review to ensure that the engineering, construction and operational management processes and procedures are implemented and maintained, ensuring compliance with client, legislation and internal requirements.

Contract to be an immediate start until 21st December 2024, with the potential for extension. The role is Monday to Friday site based in Wagga Wagga. Accommodation will be paid for.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years project experience on construction projects
  • Current Defence Common Access Card (DCAC) or ability to acquire one
  • High level of proficiency in the use of project specific computer software and Microsoft Office
  • High level of understanding of the impact of WHS legislation on environmental management principles
  • High level of understanding of relevant legislation and ISO 9001
  • You must be an Australian Citizen
  • Must be available to be site-based in Wagga Wagga Monday – Friday
