Hays are partnering with a leading disability service provider who are looking for an Allied Health Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in community care.

Your new role

The Allied Health Manager is responsible for the daily management of allied health services across the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Daily management of allied health professionals and supporting staff to deliver high quality services
• Join the leadership team in implementing and delivering program outcomes
• Provide supervision, mentoring and coaching to build team capability and capacity
• Collect, monitor and report relevant data to inform decision making and strategies
• Complete verbal and written reports to the Executive Manager
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement formal evaluation and review processes to ensure services meet participant needs and improve outcomes
• Ensure that services meet approved budgets
• Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures within the clinical governance framework
• Conduct risk assessments as required

What you'll need to succeed
• Tertiary qualification in a clinical or allied health discipline and full AHPRA Registration
• NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children Check - or willing to obtain
• Current C class drivers Licence and own vehicle
