Your new role
As the Territory Sales Manager for Victoria, your main focus will be managing the channel/distributor partners to ensure effective stakeholder relationships and maximise profitability, though effective collaboration in terms of training, client engagement, risk management, and promoting the company's technologies/products to gain market shares.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 5 years sales/key account experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the Lifesciences industry and distribution management
Demonstrated strong business acumen in strategising sales with effective methodologies/approaches
Analytical and self-motivated in staying abreast of market movements to capitalise business opportunities which aligned to the company's objectives
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
