Your new role

Join the team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll engage with customers across various channels to resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.

  • Actively listen to customer enquiries, demonstrate empathy, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage customer orders, adjust to specific ordering processes, and ensure accurate freight charges.
  • Stay updated on product features and promotions, upsell products, and communicate with the Demand Planner on stock issues.
  • Organise warranty item returns, liaise with the Production Manager, process credit notes, and rectify consignment errors.
  • Work with Customer Service reps, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and offshore factories to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven performance in internal sales/customer service
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Competent computer skills in Excel and Word with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Previous experience in the sporting industry is desirable
