Your new role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of HR lifecycle, workplace health, safety and wellbeing, and employee experience.
As an up and coming HR Professional, you will have expertise in providing exceptional operational and partnering support for internal and external stakeholders, and support the Human Resources Manager in driving HR initiatives. You will be forward-thinking, adaptable and be able to apply best practice with limited supervision. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working on varied human resource tasks including:

  • Provide timely day-to-day advice and support to Managers and Employees on a broad range of generalist HR activities including conduct and performance case management;
  • Partner with Establishment Managers providing sound HR advice around case management, workplace investigations and performance management processes and relevant communication;
  • Interpret the Fairwork Act, and other relevant legislation;
  • Operational and strategic HR initiatives and projects;
  • Support the review and development of HR policies, services, processes and procedures to enhance the operation of functional areas of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior Human Resources Co-ordinator or HR Advisor or HR Generalist who thrives working in a complex organisation. You will be collaborative, courageous, agile and disciplined around delivering human resource outcomes.
Finally, you should be adaptable, flexible, and resilient to effectively manage work pressures, competing priorities and ambiguity in an environment subject to change with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

This position is a permanent full time opportunity offering 1 day WFH flexibility. Metro site travel will be required.
Salary is $100 - $110k + super + salary sacrifice due to community-based organisation.
