What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior Human Resources Co-ordinator or HR Advisor or HR Generalist who thrives working in a complex organisation. You will be collaborative, courageous, agile and disciplined around delivering human resource outcomes.
Finally, you should be adaptable, flexible, and resilient to effectively manage work pressures, competing priorities and ambiguity in an environment subject to change with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
This position is a permanent full time opportunity offering 1 day WFH flexibility. Metro site travel will be required.
Salary is $100 - $110k + super + salary sacrifice due to community-based organisation.
