Your new role

• Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Gather and interpret data to inform improvements.
• Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes across various departments to identify areas for enhancement.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead process scoping, design, discovery, and review workshops to capture key process information and ensure alignment with governance standards.
• Documentation: Document processes and generate detailed reports, including RACI matrices, to support process transparency and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate stakeholder workshops to map current processes and design future workflows that align with new technology solutions and business needs.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to the organization in process mapping, review, and the use of MS Visio software to document core processes.
• Business Readiness: Support business readiness and adoption of new processes throughout each project phase.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Expertise in facilitating and leading workshops.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and generating reports.
• Experience with MS Visio software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support business readiness and adoption of new processes.
