You'll be joining a high-profile FinTech startup based in Sydney CBD. The company is in growth mode and are making huge waves in the marketplace.

The company is based in Sydney CBD and have a talented engineering team. This role will be to step in as a Tech Lead and eventually progress into a Head of Engineering position.

Your new role

You'll be joining as a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead. The company is looking for someone who can be a hands on engineer whilst also managing, coaching and developing the current engineering team.

You'll be working closely with the CEO and Product Managers to design and deliver the best solutions in the market. They currently have an AI product which they're engineering from scratch but there's plenty of other work to be getting on with.

What you'll need to succeed

• Startup experience would be highly regarded

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead

• Tech stack is: Python, Django, AWS, React

• Ability to coach, mentor and train junior engineers
