Your new role

The ERP Payroll Functional Analyst will manage and deliver end-to-end ERP functional change via projects and incremental small change processes.
It will also provide the S/4 Hana & SuccessFactors Project with solution assurance, SAP process knowledge and overall guidance to System Integrator Vendor.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution support.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP HCM submodules Payroll, Time management, personnel administration, organisational management and having detailed knowledge of employee life cycle, issue resolution, testing as well as payroll processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills – understanding how others think and act – ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team, supplier partnerships and self-management of work load and deadlines.
• Experience working with Employee Central Payroll or S/4 Payroll solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in working with SAP Activate Methodology
