As a principal/senior planner in your new role, you will:

• Prepare major and complex planning applications.
• Develop project fee proposals, provide planning advisory, and conduct due diligence investigations.
• Manage town planning projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly client outcomes.
• Conduct site investigations and prepare planning advice for optimal site development.
• Stay updated on legislative and policy reforms.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning (graduate or postgraduate).
• Over 10 years of senior planning experience in NSW.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NSW’s Environmental Planning & Assessment regime, including legislation and planning instruments.
• Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
• Strong report writing proficiency.
• Effective people coordination and supervision abilities.
