Senior Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects ranging from $10 million to $40 million from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the civil construction or mining industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering Main Roads Projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP or equivalent certificate is highly desirable.
