This State Government entity manage the Victorian State Government's insurance & risk activities, covering the people, places and projects that help Victoria thrive. They are currently seeking a part time Senior Payroll Officer, 4 days per week, to manage the end to end payroll process.
Your new role
This role is a standalone Senior Payroll Officer, which will manage the processing of 250 employees. This role will ensure smooth and efficient delivery of payroll services for the organisation.
Process payroll in accordance with policies, legislative requirements and award agreements where applicable
Ensure all payments are actioned in timely manner
Provide guidance and support in relation to pay queries from employees and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with strong experience in a standalone role, who is able to manage the full payroll end to end process. We are seeking someone with experience working with Chris 21, as well as payroll project experience.
What you'll get in return
This role provides an opportunity to join a State Government Authority for a 12 month fixed term period. The role is offering $112,108 + Super (pro rata'd for 4 days). The authority offers hybrid flexibility, with 2 days WFH each week.
