Your new role:

My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. If you thrive on managing high volumes of invoices and have a knack for ERP systems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Process approximately 100 invoices per day
  • Manage accounts payable using ERP systems
  • Answer phone calls and handle reception duties
  • Order and manage office stationery supplies

Skills required:

  • Proven experience in a standalone Accounts Payable role
  • Strong ERP system skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills
