Your new role

• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and other month-end tasks
• Submission of local accounts on time for group consolidation
• SOX compliance – supporting the implementation of the SOX framework
• Maintain compliance with financial reporting, as required by SOX
• Accountable for supporting internal and external audits
• Timely closure of technical accounting with external auditors
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash management systems

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Professional accounting membership - CIMA/CPA/CA or equivalent

• Minimum of 3+ years in financial reporting, preferably at a publicly traded company

• Experience working in a SOX environment
