Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple projects ranging from $10 million to $40 million from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality civil construction projects.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Mentor and support junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering Main Roads Projects.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver’s licence.
