Hays has partnered with a public sector client who is looking for a CX Designer to work on a couple of new internal projects.

Your new role

As a Customer Experience (CX) Designer on a 12-month contract, you will play a crucial role in understanding and improving the interactions and experiences from a customer standpoint. This role involves collaborating with various departments to design and implement strategies that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CX design, UX design, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.
