Service Desk Assistant Contract with Local Gov

Our client is a local government agency looking to add to their flourishing Service Desk team.

Your new role

The ICT Service Centre is the primary service desk providing quality “first-point-of-contact” for the information communication technology (ICT) needs customers, including the accurate logging and resolution of ICT incidents and service requests.

This is provided through different support channels such as:
1. Phone calls
2. Self Service tickets
3. Tech Street (Face to Face support)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge across various software applications eg. Office365, Active Directory, SAP, Citrix.
  • Service Desk experience, including management of tickets within an ITSM Platform

What you'll get in return

You will enjoy a 6 month contract with potential extension. The role is based out of the Brisbane CBD. You will enjoy a 36.25 hour work week, flexible work arrangements and a supportive/diverse work environment.
