Your new role
The Project Scheduler is responsible for working closely with the planning and projects team by planning, creating, and managing project schedules. You will prepare and asses detailed project plans at all stages of the project to aid the project in meeting critical deadlines. You will use your expert knowledge of Primavera P6 to maintain the project schedule. This role can either be based in the Melbourne office and work from home 2–3 days per week or can be fully remote depending on your location. This position will initially be a short-term contract with the opportunity to be extended or transition to a permanent position during the next stage of the project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in project planning/scheduling roles on large-scale construction projects.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Scheduler/Planner on construction projects
- Industry related tertiary degree or experience planning on projects.
- Skills and experience in using project control systems and processes.
- Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS project.
- Experience in the electrical utilities or renewables industry is highly desirable.
