• Gather Requirements: Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and document project requirements.
• Write Acceptance Criteria: Define and write clear acceptance criteria to meet project objectives.
• Translate Requirements: Convert technical requirements into easily understandable terms for a non-technical audience.
• Stakeholder Management: Navigate and influence challenging stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies to drive delivery forward.
• Telephony Migration: Manage the end-to-end migration of Telephony services from on-premise to cloud (Genesys, AWS/Azure).

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe practices - must have
• Proven track record in Telephony migration projects, preferably involving Genesys
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and challenging stakeholders
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
