This major Telco Company is embarking on a major divestment program and looking for an experienced Change Analyst to support an experienced Change Manager.

Your new role

In this role you will provide change management support on this large-scale business separation and transition program, with a focus on high level change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and interviews, as well as coordination support.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Working knowledge of a range of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver successful change programs.
• Demonstrated experience performing organisational change responsibilities, including leading on detailed business change impact assessments and contributing to change plans for impacted teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to tell stories with data to increase visibility of key topics and influence decisions.
• Confidence presenting and engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• A collaborative approach and a flexible, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working on a separation, merger or acquisition change program is advantageous.

What you'll get in return

On offer is a 6-month contract with a high chance of extension and a daily rate of $800 + super.
