Permanent Full-time Customer Service Opportunity - Working in the FMCG Industry

You'll be working for a large family-owned organisation where their customers are at the heart of everything they do. This company has been in business for over five generations, supplying their products internationally.
You will work in a real team environment where all staff from warehouse to office work together to ensure they provide the best possible service.

Your new role

  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Manage high volume of email correspondence
  • Managing Stock Levels
  • Liaising with Warehouse Staff and Delivery Staff
  • Accurate Data Entry
  • General Administration Duties
  • Confirming and Tracking Orders for Customers

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills and come from a strong customer service background. A strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills and contribute to team activities will be highly regarded.
