Our state government client based in Perth CBD is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to fill their temporary vacancy. This is a short-term 2–3-month temporary contract opportunity.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting a selection panel with candidate management, and producing selection reports
- Writing job descriptions and producing establishment reports
Social media management
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
- Previous experience working in a recruitment role.
- Strong report/policy writing skills.
- Possessing a proactive, ‘can-do’ mindset and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrating good problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and achieve set outcomes
