This prominent authority within the Victorian State Government is seeking a Senior Communications & Engagement Specialist to provide temporary relief to aid in a Victorian Government campaign. You will sit within the Communications team to develop a communications and engagement strategy which will involve cooperatively developing a campaign strategy, synthesise recent campaign reports and program review reports. Furthermore, you will be conducting industry and community engagement activities in collaboration with the program whilst producing high-quality targeted written content. This role will run for 3 months with an expectation of being on site 1 day a week at minimum.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong stakeholder engagement background is essetnial

• Very strong, creative communications strategy experience at the development stage is required

• Demonstrated experience in community engagement, within a sensitive nature or environment

• Video content experience is preferred but not a must-have

• A proven track-record of working within State, Federal or Local Government is highly regarded
