Your new role
- The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving trade and overseeing the day-to-day management of websites.
- Product data management - Websites including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
- Manage the overall critical path to get product information and photography on to the site on time and ensure all involved teams within the business are aware of deadlines.
- Online Product Management – Ensure that products are merchandised aesthetically while still maximising sale opportunities.
- Report on product sales and implement tactics to improve sales
- Ensure that the product/trading strategies are communicated to the various third-party stakeholders - including SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Display
- Ownership of on-site search, with responsibility to analyse usage, disseminate insight to the wider e-commerce team and optimise the search experience for the customer
- Ownership of on-site merchandising, driving cross-/up-sell to increase UPT and AOV, with responsibility to analyse impact and optimise
- Manage site navigation, search, categories, filters and product placement
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3+ years of eCommerce experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with a tech-savvy mind and knowledge of digital marketing channels.
- A team player and able to manage and guide others
- Adaptable and flexible to change and eager to push boundaries
- Self-motivated, confident, and assertive.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Magento experience is a huge tick)
