Are you passionate about cloud technology and network architecture? We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join our dynamic program. You'll be part of a skilled, multidisciplinary team dedicated to modernising and supporting our network infrastructure across both cloud services and on-premises environments.

Your new role

• Drive and support the modernisation of network architecture.
• Participate in section planning for short-term tasks and contribute to strategic planning for long-term initiatives.
• Assist in the transition to cloud services.
• Collaborate with an enabling Systems Team, with limited responsibilities in BAU and Agile Development Teams.
• Ensure the delivery of a fit-for-purpose, timely result in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall DevSecOps environment.
• Proven experience in cloud network engineering.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and cloud services.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in network security measures and protocols.
• The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

• Cloud Services: Azure, AWS
• Network Architecture: Cisco, Juniper
• DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins
• Security: Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
• Scripting Languages: Python, PowerShell

• Monitoring and Management: Nagios, SolarWinds
• Configuration Management: Ansible, Terraform
• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V
