Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of shopfitters on various projects.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a shopfitter, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of shopfitting techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving licence and reliable transportation.
