Your new company
Based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, this government agency is seeking a standout L&D Advisor to lead operational learning initiatives on a fixed-term basis for 6 months, with likely extension.
Your new role
Partner with business units and external vendors to design and deliver learning initiatives, including learning materials
Undertake and lead facilitation workshops, both face-to-face and virtually, including working with subject matter experts
Develop high quality and engaging eLearn material, utilising instructional design instruments
Ensure Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reporting is accurate and timely
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development, Organisational Development and or/ Human Resources
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is highly regarded and is preferred
Proven experience facilitating and leading workshops, both face-to-face and virtually, including working with subject matter expects is essential
Demonstrated experience developing eLearn content, including using Articulate 360, Storyline and other instructional design instruments is critical
