This company is a global pharmaceutical company based in Melbourne. Looking for an ongoing temporary CTA to support their Research and Development Team. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours a week.

Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take a step into the industry by supporting clinical trials in Australia. This role will support the project manager with administration and logistical support of clinical trials.

This role will include but not limited to:
Supporting correspondence, typing minutes, photocopying, filing and other generalised office administration. You will manage sponsor TMF documents in eTMF & pTMF. As well as p reparation of study documents, study files and tracking logs. You will work collaboratively supporting the Pharmacovigilance team in reporting relevant safety information in accordance to regulatory requirements and SOP's. In addition to the wider business operations, supporting clinical operations hub activities and forums, supporting the set-up and internal and external meetings and seminars.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualified in Science related field

• Previous pharmaceutical experience is preferable

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Organisation skills

• High attention to detail

• Good grasp or ability to understand medical terminology
