What you'll need to succeed

• Reviewing drawings and specifications to determine what materials and equipment are needed
• Shutdown work across various sites in the Illawarra area
• Working on equipment such as rotating turbines, pipework, pumps, axillaries, conveyors, furnaces, chutes, hoppers, reclaimers and so on
• Fault-finding, inspections, rebuilds and replacement of mechanical parts
• Working at heights and in confined spaces
• Be able to work 12-hour shifts - day and nightshift available
• DIDO positions - no accomodation

What you'll get in return

• Trade qualified - for Fitter & Boilermaker
• HRW ticket - RB | RA - for rigging positions
• Experience in heavy industry preferred
• Confined space ticket (within 2 years)
• Working at heights (within 2 years)
• Be able to work overtime in shutdown periods
• Able to pass Drug and Alcohol test prior to starting
