Your new role

• Integration and Application Design:Proficiency with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, API integration, SSIS, and SSAS) and a solid understanding of application architecture.
• Business Intelligence: Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, including the ability to design and develop data models and dashboards.
• Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with databases, APIs, middleware, data ETL processes, and data visualization.
• Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze complex system dependencies and integration points, as well as interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented approach to resolve complex integration, application, and BI issues.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in BI reporting, system configurations, and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on integrations, BI reporting, and application design.
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI), API development, and middleware integration.
• BI certifications or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
