A leading telecom company is seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This company is renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to maintaining a robust and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Your new role

As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and ensure the security and scalability of the cloud environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise cloud-based applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in the telecom industry and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
