Your new role

Your new role is a mixed role combined of yard hand work and stores work, duties may include:

• Site/yard maintenance, including taking site waste to the tip using our vehicles (small tipper or ute)
• Putting out bins for council collection on a weekly basis
• General sweeping and tidying on site
• Moving pallets using a forklift
• Driving trays to paint suppliers (Brisbane and Gold Coast) using our vehicles (small tipper or ute)
• Collection and delivery of parts to and from suppliers using our vehicles (small tipper or ute)
• Assisting our Parts and Purchasing officer with inbound and outbound orders and other general tasks as required
• Assist our Fitting and Fabrication Supervisors with general tasks as required
• Wash vehicles (small tipper and ute)
• Store person experience would be nice to have to assist the team in moving, racking and setting-up of our stores area
• Should you have experience using an overhead crane and slings or cutting steel, this would be good so that you can assist our team in putting away steel

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Minimum 1 year in a previous forklift/stores role
• Current unrestricted driving licence
• Valid forklift licence
